Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Mikeybee moved to Chicago a decade ago with nothing but their fat ass, fat personality and a noticeably underutilized and unweaponized BFA. A regular host of Belly Up and an irregular host of POP’D, they’re excited to spread their wings along with their thighs, boogie down and get weird at the inaugural Chicago BEEFBOX.
“Too often I’ve gone to bars or parties where I feel like that weird fat guy in the corner. My goal and absolute favorite thing about hosting is contributing to a space where no one feels like that, and is welcomed to let loose and be themselves with a sense of abandon and joy.” - Mikeybee
