NC is finally starting to become the car I had in mind from the very beginning. Inspired by the early 2000s US import scene and Japanese street drift cars, this NC might be a bit too new to be truly period-correct... but I think it pulls the look off pretty well.

A Reddit user known as 3lizardintrenchcoat contacted Steam support after deleting many purchased and beloved games from their library during episodes of manic depression, asking if it was possible to restore them or at least receive a list of everything they had owned. A support agent named Lucy replied the next day, saying not to worry and that Steam understood the situation, then confirmed the games had been restored to the library . The user said they had never encountered a company as kind as Steam, explaining that their high-functioning depression comes with episodes where they blame something for "causing" it and delete or destroy it, and that they have since started keeping a digital journal as a safeguard. ✍️: u/3lizardintrenchcoat

That very experience inspired me to pursue a career in medicine. But the power of representation doesn’t stop at Black men in medicine. At dinner I saw life changing connections being made, advice being exchanged and people learning from one another. It reminded me that sometimes all it takes is bringing the right people together. Sometimes a single conversation is all it takes to open a door you didn’t even know existed. It’s time to be visible, be vocal and start building the connections that can help you navigate life.
