🥷 GLADIATOR MODE: ACTIVATED. 🔥

Three variations to challenge your strength, mobility, stability, and coordination. 💪

⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Windmill — Build shoulder stability, core strength, and rotational control.

⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Windmill → OH Squat — Add overhead mobility, stability, and lower-body strength to the mix.

⚔️ Gladiator Snatch → Squat Snatch — Combine explosive power, coordination, and full-body control in one demanding flow.

This is more than just moving a kettlebell. It’s about owning every position, controlling the transitions, and making strength work in every direction. 🔥

I’m using @pro_kettlebell 12kgs 🤩

Countdown started. It’s Fight Week 👊🏾✊🏾
