New Piece! Show it some love if you like it! - THEIMPOSTER - Silence gathers heavy where the shadows meet the flame, as I stand inside the gallery terrified to sign my name. There’s a cold draft across the floor and a half-finished draft upon the page, keeping every royal vision strictly locked inside its cage. I hold the keys to open doors, yet remain my own inmate, watching the thunder in my chest turn to silence at the gate. I know the summit belongs to me, yet I pull back from the height, muting my own scale before I ever reach the light—a subtle kind of sabotage where the architect undoes the very foundation he was born to rise above. #art #artist #portsmouthart #impostersyndrome
