Some versions of you only exist for a few blurry nights.

Not because they weren’t real, but because they were never meant to stay.

People spend so much time trying to become someone permanent, forgetting that we’re made of phases, bad decisions, empty streets, loud music, and faces we’ll never see again. Maybe that’s the point. Maybe we’re supposed to keep changing until nothing fits except the feeling.

The flash hides nothing. It just freezes a second that was already disappearing.

If this version of me becomes a memory tomorrow, I’m okay with that.

I’d rather be impossible to hold onto than easy to forget.
