Yesterday, I had the privilege of continuing this journey with the leadership team at Albion Neighbourhood Services. Together, we moved beyond conversation and into strategy, exploring how equity, anti-racism, anti-oppressive practice, accessibility, and inclusion can be intentionally embedded into organizational systems from the ground up.

What stood out most was how community-informed and strategically driven this work is. The voices, experiences, and realities of the communities they serve are helping shape organizational decisions, while leadership remains committed to building the structures, accountability, and culture needed to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Lasting organizational change is not built through leadership buy-in alone. It requires investment, collaboration, and a genuine willingness to learn, reflect, and act. I can genuinely say that this leadership team embodies those commitments, and I am grateful to have been part of the conversation.
