A few days in cold, rainy, and very, very windy Tallinn. The Tallinn seagulls scared me half to death on the very first day.
Besides the beautiful city itself, I visited an abandoned concert hall (Linnahall) where the first scene of Tenet was filmed. Though in the film they presented this city as Kyiv, not Tallinn.
I went to a special screening of The Odyssey with a discussion by my favorite film critic, Anton Dolin. As my close friend joked, “So you went on a business trip.”)
Which, honestly, really touched me.
The whole trip I kept unconsciously thinking about Robert Pattinson: he’s the lead in Tenet, he’s also in The Odyssey, and on top of that he’s in The Lighthouse, which I recently tried watching again - and every time I heard those huge screeching seagulls, especially while standing in a cold city right by the sea, I’d switch to thinking about that film, and consequently, about Robert Pattinson.
A beautiful city, and incredibly amazing people!!
