My first Jersey summer. ☀️🤍
I wish I could add more than 20 photos 😭 This trip was extra special because we got to celebrate both Justin’s birthday and my sweet mother-in-law’s birthday while making some of my favorite memories yet.
We started with a beautiful stay at
@borgataac before an unforgettable dinner at Ocean Steak (I still can’t stop thinking about the filet with crab imperial 🤤). Then we headed back to Ocean City to continue our little traditions at the boardwalk (we usually do during the winter time)—mini golf, the arcade where Justin won me my very first stuffed animal (Sam the seagull)🥹, photo booth pictures, homemade fudge, warm salt water taffy fresh off the press from
@shrivers_salt_water_taffy and their espresso chip gelato, Manco & Manco, Three Brothers pizza, fresh squeezed lemonade, and of course… I had to leave with an Ocean City sweatshirt. 💙
We celebrated his mom in Historic Smithville before ending our trip in Philadelphia, where I completely fell in love. Brunch
@parcrittenhouse (it felt like it was made for me 🇫🇷), wandering Old City, standing where so much of our nation’s history began, visiting the Liberty Bell, where Benjamin Franklin and Betsy Ross was laid to rest, then checking into the most charming historic inn that truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed at The Morris House Hotel built in 1787.
We wrapped it all up with my first
@phillies home game, my first authentic Philly cheesesteak, crab fries, a Coke Icee, soft serve in the cutest souvenir helmet, and a few Phillies keepsakes to bring home.
It’s funny how the simplest traditions become the moments you treasure most. Thank you, Lord, for another adventure, for family, for history, good food, and making memories with my favorite person. Here’s to many more summers together. ❤️✨
