Regter comes in with the experience, the composure and the confidence of someone who has been through these fights before.

Khalouta brings a different kind of threat. Pressure, power and the belief that when the opportunity comes, he can end it.

Both are talking about a finish.

On November 28, only one of them gets to prove he was right.

A heart full of praise can change the way we see everything! When we focus on God’s goodness and all He has done for us, our burdens feel lighter, and joy begins to rise.

No matter what today holds, there’s always a reason to be thankful. Choose gratitude, praise Him in every season, and remember that every moment is a gift from a good God!

hey…WHAT IF IT’S ALL GOING EXACTLY TO PLAN?!?! ✨🫡 your path is perfect + i love you so much 🤍

if you’re going through a tough moment and could use a little extra love, comment “care kit” and i’ll send you a free digital care kit i made with exercises, printables, and resources to help you get grounded and feel a little less alone 🤍

Great news for #OffCampus fans — the hugely popular Prime Video college soap will be back sooner than many expected, with Season 2 set to premiere on April 28, 2027.

That is less than a year after the May 13 release of Season 1, a very rare gap of under 12 months for a streaming series and one of the smallest on record.

See who from the cast is returning at the link in bio. (Photos: Prime Video)

Are humans designed to eat meat? NO. It's not compatible with our Frugivore physiology.

Here's 2 reasons why:

🔹 #1: Zero Carbs = Zero Real Fuel
Our bodies run on carbs and glucose. Meat has literally 0 carbs. So where’s the energy supposed to come from?

🔹 #2: No Fiber = No Gut Health
Your gut microbiome feeds on fiber — and guess how much is in meat? None.
No fiber = poor digestion, sluggish gut, and yep… dry, hard torpedoes 💩

🔥 Humans are biologically built for a fruit-based, fiber-rich lifestyle. Meat just doesn’t fit.

⸻

🍉 That’s why I created my VIP Community + Frugivore Diet Course — to help you fuel your body the way nature intended. All backed with the latest science.

If you’re ready to feel energized, improve digestion, and thrive on a vibrant, fruit-powered lifestyle — this is your sign.
