The Incas worshipped the mountain it’s named after as a living god and called it “Savage Mountain.” The trail climbs straight past its glaciers to a pass at 4,630 meters, over 400 meters higher than the highest point on the famous Inca Trail.

Hi mate, how far in advance did you have to book it? Presumably to get a guided tour which includes Machu Picchu entry tickets you still have to book months in advance? Loved the video!
