BREAKING: HOLY SMOKES! Democrats now control enough states to potentially abolish the Electoral College through the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. Republicans did NOT have this on their bingo cards… Under the Constitution, states control how their electoral votes are allocated. Currently, almost every state awards all its votes to the statewide winner. This allows a candidate to win the national popular vote but lose the presidency. Small states like Wyoming have disproportionate influence. Wyoming has 3 electoral votes and 577,000 residents, while California has 54 electoral votes and 39.5 million residents. A Wyoming vote is effectively 3.8 times as valuable. Since 1992, Democrats have won the national popular vote seven out of nine times. Under the National Popular Vote compact, participating states agree to award their electoral votes to the national popular vote winner, regardless of which candidate wins their individual state. The compact takes effect once participating states control at least 270 electoral votes. So far, 18 states plus D.C. have joined, totaling 222. We need just 48 more! Democrats now have an opportunity to make that happen: * Wisconsin: 10 electoral votes. * Pennsylvania: 19 electoral votes. * Michigan: 15 electoral votes. * Nevada: 6 electoral votes. 10 + 19 + 15 + 6 = 50. 222 + 50 = 272. That’s enough to activate the compact! If Democrats also hold their lead in the Arizona Senate, the total could reach 283. Beyond correcting an imbalance that favors Republicans, this would fundamentally change presidential campaigns. Instead of concentrating their attention on a handful of swing states, candidates would have incentives to campaign nationwide. Voters in traditionally safe red and blue states would finally matter just as much. States have until July 20, 2028, to join in time for the next presidential election. We can fix our democracy. The time is now. Please like and share if you support this idea!

Former Mumbai Indians batter Ambati Rayudu has offered a candid assessment of Hardik Pandya’s captaincy struggles at the franchise and suggested alternative IPL destinations “In Mumbai, I just thought that Hardik felt as if he was cornered. And once you feel you’re cornered, you’re always looking over your shoulder. Once that happens in a dressing room, you tend to come out in ways that you wouldn’t want to. A lot of things didn’t go well for Hardik. It might be Hardik’s fault as well as something else, “ Rayudu said 📸- ANI #hardikpandya #rayudu #mi #nb
