Hold up, fellas, y’all might wanna hear this one! 😭🦋

Bro said his biggest dealbreaker is a woman with a butterfly tattoo, and the ladies wasted NO TIME popping their balloons! 💀😂

But hold up… when he started explaining WHY, the conversation got DEEP! 😳

Man, is there actually some truth to what he’s saying, or is bro reaching?! 👀🤔

Ladies, we need to look BEYOND just ab exercises!

If you’re here because you want to change how your midsection looks, that’s absolutely fine and you’re very welcome 😉🙌🏼 but this work goes FAR beyond aesthetics alone.

Here, the TheraBand gives your rib cage tactile feedback as you expand with your inhale and move inward and down with your exhale. Your intercostals, the muscles between your ribs, help create that beautiful movement.

We’re practicing rib cage mobility, breathing, and muscle coordination TOGETHER, then carrying those skills into strength training and everyday life.

Let’s get a pinch nerdy 🤓:

1️⃣ We ALL know breathing is LITERALLY the foundation for your entire system. Your rib cage’s position and mobility influence the mechanics of your breath. Its position relative to your pelvis can also change the length tension relationships of your abs and how they coordinate.

2️⃣ Your diaphragm works WITH your abs and pelvic floor to manage PRESSURE inside your trunk. We NEED it moving well!

3️⃣ That intra-abdominal pressure loads your abdominal wall AND your pelvic floor when you breathe, lift, cough, and exercise. These muscles seriously NEED to coordinate well to meet those demands.

It’s a beautiful SYMPHONY and a major part of your midsection aesthetics and total-body strength 💪🏼

There is enough food in the world for everyone. Yet, 266 million people face acute hunger across 47 countries and territories, while 2.8 billion cannot afford a healthy diet.

Conflict, climate emergencies and economic inequalities drive hunger by destroying livelihoods, disrupting food supplies and making food less accessible and affordable.

The #UnitedNations @worldfoodprogramme works around the clock to reach over 150 million people in urgent need and tackle the root causes of hunger.

With adequate funding and unimpeded access, we can deliver life-saving food and nutrition to millions more.
