I guess the beach at Pärnu could be called flat. People walk in about 100 metres and it’s still up to their knees. I could imagine them walking all the way across the Baltic to Helsinki. In winter the ocean will be frozen over too. From the mid point of the beach I did an undocumented performance action with my streamer hoop held aloft in the wind I walked backwards along the waters edge from changing cubicle 18 to changing cubicle 1 and reached the Naked Ladies Beach. From there I walked forwards up on the low sand dunes amongst naked bathers back to my starting position. 40 minutes
