Boise Ironman 70.3 ✅
Pumped to have finished my first Ironman. Not the race I thought I’d have but that’s the nature of endurance sports.
Was on pace to hit my bike goal when the heat got to me and the cramps set in. Was a death march to the end from there.
Super grateful for my coaches @brockpainterofficial @brycebek and @categoryof1_ . Couldn’t have done it without them. Was stoked to race alongside my boy @christofu_allan.
Special shoutout to my wonderful @devynnmae. She has been nothing but supportive throughout long training weeks and taxing race days.
Learned a lot about nutrition on this one. Plan is to get it dialed in for my next triathlon!
