✨One last week before our summer break!
Thank you to everyone who has joined me at Cariad Yoga this term. Your support and commitment mean so much, and it’s been a joy to practice with you each week.
If you’ve been thinking about coming along, or if you’d like one more class before the summer break, there’s still time!
Whether you come to move, to rest or to simply enjoy an hour that’s just for you, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
After this week, I’ll be taking a short summer break before returning refreshed in September.
