It is with a heavy heart, America, that we in Canada state that, although you’ve decided to clean up your act and get your life together, our love will not be so easily regained. We are so, so happy for you! We swear! Thrilled! Who doesn’t love to see an ex start to thrive again? But, come on. We have dignity to maintain.

This Election Day, you have the power to change the direction of this country. But nothing’s going to change if you don’t vote.

So I want you to reach out to everyone you know. Help your family members make a plan to vote. Drive your neighbors to the polls. Text your friends until they show you their “I Voted” sticker. And if anybody gives you any attitude, tell them Michelle told you to vote!

Your community, your state, and our entire country needs every single one of you to cast a ballot on November 3. We’re counting on you!

Your future running self will thank you 🤝🔥

All you need is a resistance band and a balance pad to challenge your hip stability, glute strength & single-leg control.

3 moves to add to your running strength routine:

1️⃣ Leg Circles — 2 x 10/side
2️⃣ Pulses — 2 x 10/side
3️⃣ Step Ins & Outs — 2 x 10/side

📌 SAVE this for your next strength session.

Which exercise would challenge you the most? 👀👇
