Asar-e-Sharif, Big Mosque Street, Triplicane: Dilshad Begum has been appointed as the Muthavalli. However, all six sisters are equally eligible and deserving to be appointed as Muthavallis. Why did the Waqf Board grant the Muthavalliship only to Dilshad Begum? It appears that the Waqf Board is acting arbitrarily.
