Since I'm posting Doctor Monet with a new hairstyle and new last name I'll try to summarize his background.
Claude is a vampire doctor who kidnaps humans to turn them into vampires, but mostly, a vampire mutant with no conscience, with the goal of using them as living weapons. Claude is a character who's not a villain but it's an antagonist that often messes up with the main character's goals, while Venturie and the others are trying to save vampires from humans, Claude is killing his own species to generate a living weapon.
