How to read a Candor Archetype card.

Every card carries two identities at once, and they’re separate on purpose.

Top left — your color group. There’s eight of them, and not for decoration. It’s how you show up: the energy you bring, measured on its own axis. Two of the eight are rare enough that most people will never see them on their own card.

Top right — your deep dive emblem. Your archetype is what you say you are. The Sub-Archetype is a deeper dive into who and why. There are 93 of those underneath the 35.

The front is the read. Name, role, the line that describes you, and three traits.

The back is the honest part. What you’re actually like, the growth edge nobody enjoys hearing, and who you tend to click with.

Color and archetype don’t determine each other. That means there is more than one version of every card — and yours is a specific combination of the two.
