This is an old drawing I did back last year of sailor in a dress I designed based off of queen serenty' dress from Sailor Moon and I forgot to post it 😅✨️💜

But I am still really happy with how the dress turned out but also I can tell where I have improved within my style

I always think it's a good thing to look back at your old art and see where you have improved but also it can be scary and daunting to look back at old work. I still feel like that now with my work. I'm scared to post some of my old drawings.

What really helps me along the way is understanding that all the highs and the lows, the ups and downs are signs that you're slowly improving bit-by-bit and that the art process is a journey, it's a daunting journey, but it's journey that every artist goes on.

Especially in a day where we're filled with AI art and seeing young artists resort to it. It make me feel sad and sad to see that they feel like their art isn't good enough and it's not improving quick enough.

But please keep trying and don't listen to that nagging voice in your head saying that you're not good enough and your arts not good enough. You are your art is beautiful. The art is a part of your soul. Please know you're re enough and your art is too. 💜✨️🌙
