Allah (SWT) says "do not be sad" 9 times in the Qur'an.
Look at who He said it to.

A mother placing her newborn in a river. (28:7)
Maryam, alone in labour beneath a palm tree. (19:24)
The Prophet (PBUH) in the cave with Abu Bakr, enemies standing at the entrance. (9:40)
The Prophet (PBUH) again, grieving over the people who turned away from him. (16:127)
The believers after Uhud, wounded and mourning. (3:139)

These are the strongest people in our history, and every one of them felt sad.
Not once does the Qur'an blame them for it.

Every time, the words come with something from Him. The mother is promised her son back. Water runs at Maryam's feet. Sakinah descends in the cave.

Your sadness is not proof that your iman is failing. In the Qur'an, it is the very moment Allah chose to speak.

Around 100 cops, including women officers, gathered outside the Delhi Police headquarters on Monday morning to protest against the transfer of two policemen following a confrontation between police and lawyers at the Shahdara police station.

Holding placards and posters, the protesting police personnel demanded that Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Manasvi Vashistha and Shahdara Station House Officer (SHO) Inspector Arun Kumar be reinstated to their previous postings.

The controversy stems from a scuffle between police and lawyers in the police station in which an advocate was injured. After lawyers called an indefinite strike, the ACP and the inspector were transferred. The lawyers then called off their protest.
