A Heart Full of Gratitude

After two days of laboring at home, we finally headed to the hospital. Just a couple of hours later (arrived at the hospital @ 10:30 am and Charlotte was born @ 5:30pm ) , on July 6, 2026, our sweet Charlotte Katarine was in our arms—8 pounds, 21 inches, and more perfect than we could have ever imagined.

One of the most unforgettable parts of our story is that Kevin delivered her himself. Watching my husband bring our daughter into the world was something I'll never be able to put fully into words. Seeing him become a father in that very moment was one of the greatest gifts I've ever witnessed.

Before Charlotte was born, my aunt prayed that God would surround our little family with a village. Since bringing her home, we’ve seen that prayer answered in the most beautiful way. Every meal, prayer, message, visit, and act of kindness has reminded us how deeply loved we are.

To everyone who has poured into our family during these first few weeks—thank you. Your love and generosity have meant more than you’ll ever know.

Charlotte, you are our greatest blessing. We thank God every day that He chose us to be your parents. We love you more than words can say. 🤍
