🚨 CLINICIANS — WHAT’S YOUR EYE CATCHING IN THIS GAIT? 👀 Every step tells us something. But great clinicians don’t just observe movement… they know what to look for and WHY it’s happening. When evaluating gait, challenge yourself to look at the entire kinetic chain. 🔍 🦶 INITIAL CONTACT: Is the foot striking the ground appropriately? 🦵 WEIGHT ACCEPTANCE: Is the patient demonstrating adequate stability and control? 🏋️ HIP & PELVIS: Are you noticing compensations, asymmetries, or abnormal movement? ⚡ PUSH-OFF: Is there adequate propulsion and lower-extremity power? 🧠 THINK BEYOND THE DEVIATION: Is the underlying issue related to strength, mobility, motor control, or neuromuscular function? THE BIGGER PICTURE: Don’t just identify what looks abnormal. Develop a hypothesis, test it, and determine WHY the patient is moving that way. 👇 PUT YOUR CLINICAL EYE TO THE TEST! 1️⃣ What specific gait deviation are you observing? 2️⃣ What impairment would you investigate first? 3️⃣ What would you test to confirm your hypothesis? Let’s hear your clinical reasoning! 🔥

Naj had plenty to say following her altercation with Cerose on the latest episode of Baddies Gone Wild! 😳 - Naj questioned Cerose’s claim that she didn’t see the drink being thrown and says Cerose should’ve directly admitted she wanted to fight. - Naj also brought Liddy into the conversation, claiming Cerose previously assured her that she had her back before Liddy entered the room. She ended her posts by mocking Cerose and joking about what she should’ve done during their altercation. 👀🍿
In a neighborhood of palm-tree-lined streets and houses with perfectly manicured lawns, friends and relatives of Nathalia Filgueiras arrived at her family home to mourn the 20-year-old co-pilot who a day ago plummeted to her death in Florida aboard a Learjet 60 jet alongside eight other victims. Filgueiras’ mother, her older sister, her stepfather, and her younger sister all gathered in the dining room. With eyes swollen from crying, they wore black and white as they waited to hear from authorities about her remains. After learning of her death, Allan Filgueiras told NBC News that his daughter was a first officer, better known as the right-seat, second-in-command co-pilot who helps navigate and operate a flight alongside a captain.
