Healing looks different for everyone. 🤍✨

If you’ve followed my journey over the past few weeks, you’ll know I’ve been trying to be really intentional with everything that’s helping me through this season of grief and recovery.

One place that’s become really special to me is @creativeenergystudio. Tracy isn’t just our lovely neighbour here at Manor Farm, she’s someone who’s genuinely helped me through so many different chapters of my life. From helping me overcome my lifelong phobia of spiders 🕷️, to supporting me during our TTC journey, and now helping us navigate this chapter too.

On our latest visit, Mum and I both chose the beautiful Heart & Healing Collection – a hand-wrapped crystal box tailored for healing, containing:

🌊 Aquamarine

Every box is unique too… Mum’s even came with the most beautiful hand-painted marble design. 🎨

I also couldn’t resist bringing home some of Tracy’s vegan, low-toxin wax melts in Cedarwood, Cinnamon Bark and Ylang Ylang. They smell absolutely incredible and have made our home feel so calm and comforting.

Then Tracy completely surprised us by gifting us each a handmade crystal bracelet created specifically for grief. Mine (the black one) contains Rhodonite, Smoky Quartz & Black Tourmaline, chosen for emotional strength, grounding and resilience. It’s something I’ll treasure forever.

We also both picked out a Rhodonite crystal to keep close by, and Mum fell in love with the beautiful Silver Leaf Incense Stick Holder, which now has pride of place in the boutique.
