Radical EcoSystem — Compact Version v0.2 is on display today at @mitmedialab as part of the @fabricademy Graduation Exhibition.

After a long and complicated journey🃏, the installation experienced a small accident during transport. As a result, one of the original flowers from an earlier version of the project was brought back into the ecosystem.

This journey has become part of the work itself: a trace of its evolution, fragility and capacity to adapt.

The compact version brings together environmental sensing, light, sound and soft robotic movement within a portable bio-hybrid system, exploring how living and artificial elements can influence one another.

A special and slightly adventurous conclusion to my journey as Fabricademy alumna. 🌱

My heartfelt thanks to @_claudiasim from Fabricademy and @carlosroque.fl from @biolablisboa, whose support, care and help made it possible for Radical EcoSystem to be exhibited today. ❤️
