While they’re blaming the economy, their location, the shop, or their prices you should be building.

A booked schedule isn’t luck. It’s the result of doing the boring shit over and over again until everybody in your city knows exactly who you are and what you do.

You don’t need more clients to magically appear. You need to become impossible to ignore..
