It’s so stupid! They’re wasting so much energy for what?! It doesn’t even need banning bc most things listed there are illegal under USA laws & Kanawai o' Hawaii… It feels like a “non-profit” starting a corporation where members can “donate”, wash their money (& get it back on the tax write-off they need), then take it all back, but pretend like they put it into something that “matters” (like petitioning & awareness)🤦🏽‍♀️

Tujuh personel Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polrestabes Surabaya dimutasi tak lama setelah membekuk tiga anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) dari Partai Gerindra yang tengah berpesta narkoba di salah satu hotel kawasan Ketintang, Surabaya. Mutasi itu diatur lewat surat telegram ST/309/X/KEP/2026 yang terbit pada 23 Oktober 2026 dan diteken Kombes Pol Luthfie Sulistiawan selaku Kapolrestabes Surabaya. Dilansir CNN Indonesia, ketujuhnya terdiri atas tiga perwira dan empat bintara yang kini ditempatkan di sejumlah polsek serta bagian lain. Ketiga legislator itu, masing-masing UAM (DPRD Kabupaten Malang), ARR (DPRD Kabupaten Situbondo), dan ADR (DPRD Banyuwangi), diciduk bersama lima orang lain pada Senin (28/9/2026) dini hari. Hasil tes urine menunjukkan kedelapan orang tersebut positif memakai ekstasi.

Sugeng Teguh Santoso yang memimpin Indonesia Police Watch (IPW) menduga ada intervensi pihak eksternal dalam mutasi tersebut. “Ini ada potensi memang [dugaan] intervensi,” ujarnya, Minggu (1/11/2026). Ia mendesak Irjen Pol Dekananto Eko selaku Kapolda Jawa Timur mengevaluasi keputusan itu karena dinilai berseberangan dengan komitmen Kapolri memerangi narkoba. Kombes Jules Abraham Abast, Kabid Humas Polda Jatim, mengaku baru tahu soal mutasi itu dan menyerahkan penjelasannya kepada Polrestabes Surabaya. Di sisi lain, pengurus Gerindra Jawa Timur sudah mengusulkan agar ketiga kadernya dipecat. Hingga laporan itu terbit, Kapolrestabes Surabaya belum memberikan tanggapan atas polemik mutasi tersebut.
