Severn years into running The Event Book, and I still genuinely love what I do.

Events have taken me from London to Milan, Madrid, Lisbon and beyond, working with brilliant clients and some incredible venues along the way.

But behind every polished event is a lot of hard work, problem solving, supplier relationships and usually a few last-minute curveballs!

That’s probably why I still believe so strongly in the human side of event planning. Technology can help us work smarter, but relationships, experience and knowing who to call when something goes wrong are pretty difficult to replace.

Here’s to more events, more travel and plenty more beautiful venues 🌸

Small enough to care. Big enough to cope.

Knowing who to call when plans change is such an underrated part of a smooth event.
