❀️ Sumber: @kandang_zebra_semarang #kisahharu #kisahinspiratif #kenangan #jawatimurpopuler
Another story for the fans of the legendary @kevinlevrone …πŸ’ͺ After placing second to Dorian Yates at the 1992 Mr. Olympia, Kevin competed in two shows on the European Tour. He placed second to Dorian at the British Grand Prix and WON the German Grand Prix. I had the pleasure of doing a few guest appearances and seminars with Kevin, in Germany πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ, and ONE in particular I’ll never forget. We were at Bernd Beiderbeck’s gym in Bielefeld, Germany, when someone in the audience asked Kevin: β€œIs it true that you bench press FOUR PLATES (405 lbs) for 10 reps in training?” Kevin laughed and casually replied: β€œYeah… I do that for a WARM-UP!” Naturally, someone immediately asked: β€œCan you SHOW US?” Kevin said, β€œSURE!” Now, being that we were in Germany, where weights are measured in kilograms, Kevin asked how much 405 lbs was in kilos. Someone said, β€œ180 kg.” Kevin simply nodded and had them load the bar. I can’t really remember whether he warmed up with two plates first, but I KNOW that 180 kg was either his SECOND SET…or possibly even his FIRST! No warmups 😬! And then… 13 PERFECT REPS!!! Not 10…THIRTEEN! He added 3 extra just to make a point. He made it look SO EASY that I genuinely believe he could have done 20! I remember standing there in SHOCK and asking him: β€œMan, aren’t you afraid of tearing your PEC? This is HEAVY! It’s November in Germany, it’s COLD…you should at least WARM UP properly!” Kevin just laughed it off in his typical Kevin Levrone style and said: β€œI CAN DO THAT IN MY SLEEP!” Well… Not long after that, Kevin actually TORE HIS PEC while bench pressing. I have NEVER forgotten that day. (I just saw it in my album, with a note…) An absolute FREAK OF NATURE…KEVIN LEVRONE! πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

Forever mine❀️ There's something so special about having someone with whom you can be yourself without pretending to be perfect. Someone who understands your silence, handles your craziness, accepts your flaws and still stays by your side. Love isn't always about big surprises or fancy moments. Sometimes it's just about laughing together, sharing silly things, having little fights, making up and enjoying the simplest moments together. It's about knowing that no matter how life changes, you have someone to share it all with. And if there's one thing I always wish to have in this life, it's you by my side. Through all the ups and downs, today, tomorrow and forever. ❀️ Blouse stitch:@suja.aruna_fashion_designer Jewels:@suja.aruna_fashion_designer
