I can bring round an angle grinder if you like? Smash through them then 😂

Today was the slowest marathon I’ve ever run & it’s the one I’m most proud of.

I’ve never wanted to quit a race more. My legs were done at mile 14, I *tried* to quit at mile 19 but I’m not sure how to? I walked into a medical tent & they just gave me a Tylenol & Vaseline on a stick, so I kept going.

Then I got a text (2nd slide) from my 9 year old (via my wife) and I decided I was going to finish even if I had to walk the rest of the way. The video in slide 3 is me telling him at mile 22 he’s the reason I’m still running.

Somehow I was able to get running again & finished with a smile on my face.

I am so grateful for my family. I am so grateful for New York City and I am so grateful for everyone who took a moment out of their day to cheer me on. Apologies if I miss anyone here! Marilyn Manson is booked to support Slipknot at Wembley Stadium on 3 July 2027. Four months later, on 15 November, he’s due before a jury in Los Angeles in a civil sexual assault lawsuit brought by his former assistant. He denies the allegations.

Brent councillor Anton Georgiou has started a petition asking Wembley and Live Nation to take him off the bill until the legal process has run its course. Thirteen domestic and sexual abuse charities have written to the stadium backing the call.

From Kanyakumari to Dibrugarh, this journey was about seeing India beyond what we usually get to see.

Four days in a general coach as a woman, I experienced the realities of train travel, women’s safety, how money changes the way people experience life, and so many other things.

Some things were difficult to witness, and some really made me think.

The documentary is out on YouTube, guys. Go watch it!
