I never drew my dad, and he left me ( he died ), so in theory not every said curse is curse. I don't believe in each curse. Not that didn't happened to me but that some have no logic.

Given how dysfunctional love life of many known artists is, I think that might be more of a reason than actual drawing your partner. Because there’s aplenty of examples to the contrary, as well.
