We never knew a band could bring this much joy into our lives! It has been incredible seeing Midnight Til Morning go from being on the TV to performing in venues across the world.

Seeing them live was an experience we will never forget. We live miles apart and attended our shows weeks apart, yet we both had such a similar experience. We both got to meet the Midnight Til Morning boys and had our vinyl signed by them. It felt unreal, like a fever dream. During the concert, we both had so many interactions, including a hug from Shane. How did we both get a hug from him? We will never forget the moment he ran into our arms and gave us the biggest bear hug known to humankind. It’s amazing that two besties from opposite sides of the world got to have the time of their lives on two special nights. This is what life’s all about.

The show was breathtaking! The intro instantly pulled you into your feels and got you ready for the night ahead. It featured a message from each of the boys, talking about their journey and how they got to where they are today. The energy they bring. It’s everything and more! They sound just as good—if not better—than the studio versions. When the night ended, we were left with a rush of adrenaline, sadness, happiness, and pure joy. Still to this day, we think about those nights, and I don’t think we’ll ever truly be able to say goodbye. After attending their concert, we finally understood what they mean when they sing, “Are we stuck in the afterglow?” Because we most definitely are.

The EP itself is welcoming and warm, like home. It has a nostalgic yet refreshing sound. Every song carries its own feeling and emotion. “Afterglow” was the perfect name for this project. The phrase is sprinkled throughout the EP, giving it a sense of completeness. You can feel the passion, energy, and love flowing through every track. It’s hard to believe this is their first project together because they fit together like pieces of a puzzle. Every verse feels natural, and every voice knows exactly where it belongs.
