Democrats are projected to take control of both the United States House of Representatives and the Senate following the 2026 midterm elections, dealing a major political blow to President Donald Trump and the Republican Party. Democrats are projected to win around 255 seats in the House, well above the 218 needed for a majority, marking their return to power after four years. The victory will give Democrats the power to investigate Trump’s administration, including his immigration policies, business dealings and cryptocurrency ventures. Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries is also expected to become the first Black Speaker of the House when the new Congress takes office on January 3, 2027. The results come amid growing public dissatisfaction with Trump’s policies, including immigration crackdowns, rising living costs and the war with Iran.
Sometimes making the right decision can feel very empty. You feel like you lost part of yourself. In the midst of that, it can be confusing and painful. You question whether the decision was right. I want you to know this: sometimes choosing peace costs you a piece of yourself. But if you had stayed, it would have cost you all of you. You made the right decision. It may feel empty now, but you will feel whole again very soon.
UDAN TASTARI?? 😭😭😭🥀🥀 Yeh Fitoor Tera (2026) / A Soulful and Intense Journey of Rebellion, Love, and Self-Discovery Yeh Fitoor Tera is a captivating Indian television romance drama airing on Star Plus. The narrative journeys deep into the vibrant, high-pressure world of a co-ed college in Prayagraj, centering on a shy, small-town girl and an emotionally turbulent, rebellious student as they navigate the clash between conservative family expectations and the wild, unpredictable storm of youthful passion. The serial is a touching, deeply intense, and emotionally charged exploration of healing from past trauma and the enduring power of unconditional love. Set against the historic backdrop of Prayagraj, it features beautifully timed romantic moments, tear-jerking family drama, and an iconic, soul-stirring background score. Propelled by a hauntingly poetic soundscape, it dissects the psychology of emotional vulnerability, youth rebellion, and the profound truth that true love requires the ultimate surrender of one's ego. Yesterday, I got married to the love of my life. The girl that changed my life in so many ways and has made me happier than I ever could have imagined! I have been waiting for this day for way too long and it all went so incredibly well! None of this would have been possible without our amazing friend @theonlytatsu! She put in an insane amount of time, effort and money into making sure we had the most beautiful and spooky wedding and she completely blew us away with the decorations that she put up to make a simple backroom look like a gothic, romantic setting! I cannot thank her enough for everything that she did and continues to do for us. Also, a huge shoutout to our favorite place in all of Chicago, @bucketoblood for allowing us to host the first and only wedding to ever be held at their store and giving us free reign of their backroom to transform it into what it was! And I can’t thank @momoney1369 for doing such an incredible job being our officiant! He immediately jumped on the opportunity and got ordained within two days of us asking him and absolutely killed it! He was so professional and prepared and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to marry us!
