2 months agoA lot of “real estate professionals” on social media aren’t licensed, aren’t experienced, and aren’t doing the work. They’re wholesalers, unlicensed reps, or trend-chasers who learned from other people who also don’t know the business. The worst of it is the attention-first accounts—especially the ones using looks and ridiculous Instagram or TikTok videos that have nothing to do with real estate. They film walkthroughs, call themselves experts, then hand the actual deal to someone else. If your whole brand is thirst and clout instead of licenses, contracts, and competence, you’re not a professional. You’re marketing. And that’s why people don’t trust this industry.
