Ostriches drink by dipping their beaks into water, scooping it up, and briefly holding it in their throat and upper neck (the esophagus), which acts like a flexible temporary pouch. Because they lack strong throat muscles to swallow while their heads are down, they tilt their heads back and stretch their long necks vertically. Gravity then pulls the collected water straight down into their stomach. I love nature 🌿 #southafrica
My breakfast routine but make it gut friendly 🥣 Most mornings I’m juggling a hundred things, so it has to be quick. Two spoonfuls of fibrekind from @probio7 stirred into my oats, and that’s my fibre sorted. It’s a gentle blend made for sensitive tummies, and it doesn’t change the taste. No time for breakfast? I just grab my Probio capsules instead. Busy life same routine🤎 #ad #probio7 #fibrekind #morningroutines #guthealthy
