Selamat Bali,
May your story be an example in showing people the true meaning of paradise. What it means to be kind to one another and respectful of culture and heritage.
The sacred waters flowing throughout Indonesia have cleansed me and brought me back to my ancestors more than once.
Where the land taught me to stand up and fight against the colonial mentality the global north caries out in their imperialistic way of thinking and acting.
Wake up people, we will call you out on bullsh*t anyway, anytime. Your life is not more valuable than another's. Those priviliges don't rule this earth anymore.
And yes I am talking to you! This is not just my struggle because of the colour of my skin. This is supposed to be the struggle of all of us, because it takes healing to break free from a mentality that wishes to capatalize and put the self (ego) before compassion.
