Preá is not my favorite kite spot but worth a mention regardless. Located just south of Jericoacoara, Preá has lots of kite schools and surf shops along the beach and the wind usually blows 25-30 knots here in the peak season. I’m not a huge fan due to the messy waves but Preá is always worth a stop for a few sessions.
