The 2026 GWA World Tour comes to an end for me. 🌊🤙
Two intense weeks between Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura have given me a lot of valuable experience.
My goal was to finish inside the Top 5, but I leave with a 10th place overall in the World Championship. It’s not the result I was aiming for, but it’s still something to be proud of, and most importantly, it has shown me exactly where I need to improve.
I take home some great positives: my speed, my reaches, and the competitiveness of my racing setup in straight-line performance. At the same time, I clearly identified my biggest weakness: pumping. In the current GWA format, it’s a key skill, and it’s something I’ll be working hard on before next season.
I also had to deal with a few technical issues with my equipment during these events. On top of that, coming from a full racing season, adapting to a completely different race format wasn’t easy. But that’s part of the process: learn, adapt, and come back stronger.
Overall, I’m happy with what these two weeks have taught me. I leave with a lot of valuable feedback, more motivation than ever, and a clear direction for the future.
Now it’s time to switch gears again. A couple of days training at Lake Garda, then straight to Turkey, where another World Championship is waiting in less than a week.
A huge thank you to all my sponsors for making this journey possible, and to my parents for their endless support through every trip, every challenge, and every achievement. ❤️
The work never stops. See you in Turkey. 💪🔥
