3 months agoIt looks really nice. I have built a lot of beds for my Family. But what did you do to prevent the squeaking noise? There are so many wood on wood connection that i expect a lot of noise in the long run. How to solve that?
3 months agoThough tebon with a lock pin would have been the better option, unless you glued the dovetails in place
3 months agoThe Japanese pull saw that you're using cuts on the pull stroke. While you are filming yourself using it there was a lot more struggle than there needs to be. It's also tapered so if you pull straight it still cuts. Try cutting by pulling straight back towards yourself, with one hand, in a diagonally downward motion, and then push forward without the intention of cutting - just push forward to begin the process over again. Let the teeth do the work, don't push down trying to cut "harder". Good work!
