A weekend in Lake Garda in early November, without the peak crowds of summer, the air still feels warm whilst having a crisp to it, the mountains dusted with a thin layer of snow, it’s warm enough to eat outside and autumnal enough to sit by the fire inside each evening 🌙

I just stayed at @grandhotelfasano, originally built in the 1800s as a hunting lodge for the Austrian royal family, and now the most beautiful hotel on the lake 🦋

It’s home to a massive spa inspired by ancient Roman baths, as well as offering the best Michelin dining experience at Il Fagiano. Can you see why I didn’t want to leave?

39 weeks pregnant and prepping for the biggest physical event of my life! 🤰🏼

A little throwback to 6 years ago, 3 days before my son was born. These were two of my go-to moves to prep my body for labour.

Here's something I wish more women knew: Birth prep isn't just about doing Kegels OR just releasing your pelvic floor.

It's about learning how to strengthen AND release your pelvic floor, use your abdominal muscles effectively, manage pressure, and understand how different positions can support your body during labour.

And you can actually TRAIN for these things during pregnancy!

Over 15,000 women have now taken Push Prep, combining prenatal Pilates with evidence-based birth education to help you feel stronger, informed, and confident heading into birth.

And exciting news! Our next round of LIVE Push Prep classes starts TOMORROW NIGHT! 🎉

Join me every Tuesday at 8 pm ET for prenatal Pilates, birth prep education, and live Q&A.

Because you deserve more than a library of workout videos. You deserve real support as you prepare for one of life's biggest moments.

🤰🏼 Comment PUSHPREP and I'll send you my FREE prenatal workshop to help you prepare your body for birth!

Chapter 14 | 30 Days to K*ll My Husband

All she wanted was an adventure. All he wanted was her. Neither of them planned for the kind of trouble that comes with getting both. ❄️❤️‍🔥
