Three days before the Pesta Sukan 100m Open, a bad sitting posture clipped a nerve and locked up my hip flexor. I was limping so badly I genuinely thought I’d torn something.
Grateful it wasn’t.
Even more grateful to be in the right hands. ♥️♥️🥺
