My Sage and Thyme beamed at me from the herb garden yesterday as I was watering and said Immunity Tincture!! So I've harvested, chopped and stripped and made some today. I'll check it for air bubbles and make sure it's covered with the alcohol as it settles and leave it for 10 weeks in a dark place. I reckon it will be good diluted as a gargle for sore throats and at the onset of anything, as well as drunk with hot water, lemon and ginger when there's any winter bugs about. 🙏☀️🐝 #kichenwitchery #herbalmedicine #naturesbounty
