When “IN-N-OUT” ISN’T ALWAYS AN OPTION. 🚗🔫” Real-world threats don’t come with a warning. Sometimes you’re trapped, driving away isn’t an option, and you have seconds to react. Training with @alpha_female_tactical at the @cakes.concealed Retreat reminded me why situational awareness, decision-making, and consistent training matter. Pretty girls train for real-world situations, too. 💅🏼 #concealedcarrylife #concealedcarryunited #concealedcarry #concealedcarrywoman #explorepage✨
Some evenings leave you feeling inspired long after they’re over. So honoured to have been invited to Grand Cru in support of @UHNFoundation - thank you to @one.twenty.eight for introducing me to their work. What made this evening so special wasn’t just the incredible food, wine and setting, but the opportunity to celebrate and connect with the people behind the impact - the generous donors, brilliant scientists and researchers, and the many individuals who are helping advance the future of health care. To sit alongside people who are making such a meaningful difference in the lives of others was truly inspiring. It was a beautiful reminder that behind every breakthrough, every clinical trial and every advancement in patient care, there are people who believe in making a difference. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this unforgettable evening possible and to UHN for including me in such a meaningful celebration. The work being done at University Health Network is extraordinary, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to experience firsthand the passion and generosity that help make it possible. How do you stop caring so much about what other people think? Practice ❤️ Quit caring about other people’s opinions and start focusing on your opinions about yourself … just listen to your own intuition and what you think inside 🔑 I hope this conversation with @melrobbins helps you take that first step 🙏 Send this to someone who’s been holding themselves back.
