Iโ€™ve been pretty quiet on here lately. Sometimes life happens, and you have to take a step back, breathe, and deal with things that matter beyond what people see on social media. I was supposed to compete this weekend, but Iโ€™ve made the decision to step away from the stage for now. As much as I love competing, as much as I love this sport, and as ready as I was to step on stage, sometimes life requires you to put other things first. I once read something that stuck with me: โ€œHave you ever noticed that when you miss a turn, your GPS never says youโ€™ve failed? It simply says โ€˜recalculatingโ€™ or โ€˜reroutingโ€™?โ€ Thatโ€™s life sometimes. You donโ€™t always lose your way. Sometimes you just need to find a different route. The stage will always be there. And Iโ€™ll be back doing what I love. For now, Iโ€™m rerouting. Focusing on myself, my life, and the things that truly need my attention. This isnโ€™t the end. Just a different route. ๐Ÿ–ค #bodybuilding#mentalhealth#ifbbpro#growth#mensphysique
LETโ€™S SETTLE THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL ๐Ÿคซ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‘  Since this question seems to worry every second viewer more than the global economy, letโ€™s close this topic beautifully! Yes, when you are 6โ€™7โ€, itโ€™s pretty foolish to expect a tiny Cinderella shoe size. Big ship needs a beautiful, confident sail! ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ’Ž My legs are my pride, and they require a strong, queen-sized foundation. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Comment game ๐ŸŽฏ Drop your guess: what do you think my EXACT shoe size is? Iโ€™ll like the profile of the first person who guesses it right without clues! Letโ€™s go ๐Ÿ‘‡โœจ
Recently had a patient that this happened to, so went diving and only found one published case in the literature with Lovenox specifically. Have you seen any similar cases?๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป โ€ข โ€ข โ€ข โ€ข โ€ข ๐Ÿ“š: Howell C, Simman R. Last night, Aly decided she was NOT ready to go upstairs for night night! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’— Mama and Dada spent FOREVER trying to get this little squirt out from under the kitchen table! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Mama was raising her voice, saying, โ€œGET OUT FROM UNDER THE TABLE!โ€ while Aly was having the time of her life playing keep-away! ๐Ÿคฃ Every time we thought we had her, OFF SHE WENT! ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿถ Running around the living room, dodging Mama and Dada like a little professional escape artist! And just when we thought we might catch herโ€ฆ SHE DIVE-BOMBED RIGHT INTO HER BALL PIT! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ โ€œYou little squirt! COME HERE!โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚ I swear this girl thinks bedtime is an Olympic sport, and Mama and Dada are her entertainment! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ She might be tiny, but sheโ€™s FAST, SNEAKY, and VERY good at playing keep-away! ๐Ÿคฃโค๏ธ Does anyone elseโ€™s dog turn bedtime into a full-blown game of hide-and-seek? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿถ #AlyTheBichon #TalkingDogAly #BichonFrise #FunnyDogs #DogBedtime
