Instagram… meet Spud. 💙 When I tell you this was the biggest surprise ever, they had absolutely no clue. I will remember their reactions forever. 🥹 The video is actually 13 minutes long but I’ve cut it down a lot. They’ve been asking us for so many years if we could get another puppy as Rolo just brings so much joy to our family, but it’s never been the right time - but we finally felt it was. What’s one more to add to the chaos? 😂🤪 #newpuppy #puppysurprise #puppylife #puppylove
NOT EVERYONE IS TRAINING FOR THE SAME REASON. 🧠💯 💪 Some people train for abs. 🔥 Some train for attention. ❤️‍🩹 Others train because they’re fighting battles you know NOTHING about. 👀 You see someone in the gym every day and think they look the same. What you DON’T see is: ❤️ Their blood pressure improving. 🧠 Their mental health getting better. 📈 Their confidence coming back. 💪 Their strength and mobility improving. 🙏 Them finally taking control of their life. NOT EVERY TRANSFORMATION IS VISIBLE IN THE MIRROR. 🪞💯 As a coach, I don’t just care about how my clients LOOK. 👀 I care about how they MOVE. 🏃‍♂️ How they FEEL. ❤️ And how they LIVE. 🙏 Because looking good means very little if you don’t feel good. 💯 🚫 Stop judging people’s progress based on what YOU think progress should look like. Different battles. Different goals. Same respect. 🤝❤️ And remember, the only person you need to prove anything to is the person staring back at you in the mirror. 🪞🔥 📌 SAVE THIS REMINDER & SEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO NEEDS IT. ❤️
all aboard ⚓️
