Sola fosudo my lecturer in lasu department of English literature hummmmm, he take us on theatre art, he was my project supervisor, there was nothing he didn't do the frustrate my life to sleep with him! I even lied that I was married he said he doesn't care. Being a female living in Nigeria is scary, we are vulnerable in every aspect and every stage of our lives.

A 40-year-old man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted of r*ping an 86-year-old woman in Mukurwe-ini Sub-County, Nyeri County. Jairus Githendu Irenyo was convicted of r*pe under Section 3(1)(a) and (b), as read with Section 3(3) of the Sexual Offences Act No. 3 of 2006, following a successful prosecution by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP). The incident occurred on September 1, 2025, at Gitura Village in Kiharo Location. The court heard that Irenyo unlawfully entered the elderly woman’s home after damaging a wall beside her door before restraining and s*xually ass*ulting her using force and threats. After the incident, the survivor reported the matter to the area chief, who referred her to the police for further action. She also told the chief that the accused had assaulted her on previous occasions but she had not reported them because of shame.
