This is my best friend.
Her name is Faye,
She’s quite short,
Very grumpy,
Often drunk,
Never wrong,
& the best partner in crime a boy could wish for.
Today she turns 30, a milestone we’re both surprised we’ve reached together safely and with our livers in tact… believe me, with the amount of booze we’ve put away over the years, it’s a miracle we’re both still here to tell the tale.
Happy birthday my mate, Welcome to the 30 club! One year closer to that old peoples home, where we will grow old disgracefully, drink wine till the early hours, and laugh happily ever after.. at each other.
