Republicans and Democrats held competing get-out-the-vote events over the weekend in Florida’s sprawling retirement community of The Villages ahead of the November midterm elections. Supporters of President Donald Trump paraded in golf carts decorated with campaign signs and American flags on Sunday, while Democratic supporters rallied in the rain a day earlier.
