Come join us for Emperor Norton’s Grand Barbary Coast Walking Tour!!!
Sun Aug. 30, 2026. Noon - 4 PM
Costuming:1860-1879 daywear.
We will meet the Emperor in Union Square, San Francisco. Proceed at a leisurely pace down Maiden Lane to Lotta‘s Fountain. From there, we go by the Palace Hotel, up Montgomery Street through the Financial District, where the Emperor used to live, then past the Transamerica Pyramid to the Barbary Coast, the old Colombo Market entrance, and conclude at the Old Ship Saloon (1851) where we can refresh ourselves.
