過去兩天，我們在「台灣醫院綠色領導力峰會」🇹🇼🏥上，與台灣的永續醫療領袖們共同學習，度過了極具意義的時光。

在此平台中，「全球綠色與健康醫院」（Global Green and Healthy Hospitals）的成員們分享了他們的成功經驗、面臨的挑戰以及最佳實踐——從轉用再生能源、清除病房中的有毒化學物質，到在醫院推廣植物性飲食。

這就是永續醫療從承諾轉化為現實的樣貌，而這一切都是由致力於此的領導者與醫院工作人員，日復一日、一點一滴地建構而成的。

We spent a meaningful past two days co-learning with sustainable healthcare leaders in Taiwan during the Taiwan Green Leadership Conclave for Hospitals 🇹🇼🏥

In this space, members of the Global Green and Healthy Hospitals shared their successes, challenges, and best practices — from switching to renewable energy, removing toxic chemicals from wards, and championing plant-based diets in hospitals.

This is what sustainable healthcare looks like when it moves from commitment to reality, and it is built brick by brick by dedicated leaders and hospital workers everyday.
